Kelley Grace Quakkelaar of De Pere, Wisconsin, is the designer and owner of Gracie Designs. All accessories are handmade, by her. Her current collection includes passport covers, business card cases, coffee cozies, checkbook covers, reversible headbands, zipper pouches and handbags.  She loves all things cute, mod, groovy, retro and just plain fun. Her ultimate goal is to spark a smile every time you use or wear one of her creations.
